Our strategic plan helps us prioritize our resources to focus on improving what matters most to all of us.
We assembled a wide cross section of the Bethel Park community including staff, students, parents and many others throughout the community, to develop a strategic plan that will guide us in our journey to enhance the overall academic and financial performance of Bethel Park schools.
We looked at our staff and curriculum, as well as the various ways we could best deliver education. And, of course, we also carefully studied the state of our facilities and ways to improve them to ensure that our students are receiving a 21st Century education.
The result of that effort, working with stakeholders across our community, was our 5-year strategic plan. This plan addresses six key areas related to delivering effective, engaging and efficient 21st century education for our students. These six pillars of our plan include: Curriculum & Instruction, Budget & Finance, Human Resources, Student Experience, Facilities & Infrastructure Equity & Diversity.
We are committed to pursuing the goals developed through the strategic planning process and to deliver a best in class education for students at a best in class cost to the taxpayers of the community. We believe this focus will continue to keep Bethel Park a highly desirable community to live.
