District Leadership

Effective leadership is critical to creating a high performing and winning culture of education.  It’s what separates good schools from great schools by providing vision and inspiration for both instruction and learning. 

Often times there is a temptation for a school board to involve themselves in the day to day details of running a school district.  We recognized that great leaders with proven experience in education are far more effective in building a high performing school than volunteer school board members.
