✓ Strategic Plan: Created our district's first strategic plan with contributions from many stakeholders across our community.
✓ Leadership: Hired leaders that deliver positive results on academic performance.
✓ Facilities: Developed an affordable facilities plan to address our aging elementary buildings.
✓ Curriculum: Improved curriculum consistency across classrooms and improved the process for creating new curriculum content.
✓ Student Experience: Enhanced student support and counseling services at all grade levels.
✓ Taxes: Property tax millage rates have increased less than 1% per year since 2015. Lowest tax rates compared other high performing schools in our area.
▢ Strategic Plan: Continue to deliver consistent progress on our strategic plan.
▢ Facilities: Complete the strategic facilities projects to provide superior 21st century learning environments.
▢ Curriculum: Finalize our integrated curriculum that is transparent and accessible to all community stakeholders.
▢ Student Experience: Continue to enhance student safety as well as physical and emotional health.
▢ Taxes: Continue to deliver the best education at an optimum cost.
▢ Community: Continue a collaborative partnership with the municipality and other community organizations.
